Quincea\u00f1eras en 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dates available in 2025, all starting at Noon (12 PM):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 26,  May 31,  June 28,  July 26,  August 30,  September 27<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Quinceaneara is a time of thanksgiving for faith, life, family and community. The following are the policy and guidelines for our Holy Cross quinceanera program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. The family must be registered and living within the parish fora period of 1 year prior to the date of the quinceanera celebration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The family should be attending Mass weekly and donating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The honoree must have been baptized in the Roman Catholic Church and must have received First Communion and Confirmation before the date of the ceremony.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The honoree must be Confirmed at Holy Cross before the ceremony.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The Quince Anos ceremony is not a sacrament of the Catholic Church. Every effort must be made to distinguish this event as a sacramental--like daily prayer and special blessings. Since white is the color worn for Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Matrimony, the Quince Anos honoroee may not wear a purely white dress nor a light beige dress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The procession will include the honoree, her parents and no one else! The honoree will walk in with her parents and no one else.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The Quinceaneras are celebrated normally on Saturdays at Noon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The honoree, the family, and all other participants are encouraged to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation (confession) before the day of the ceremony.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Music is provided by the parish. No outside music groups! The fee for the singer\/musician is $350.00 and to be paid one week before the service. The music director is Antonio Carrillo. Contact him at 425-319-4622 to arrange payment. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. The fee for the church is $500.00 and is paid to Holy Cross Parish at the time of registration for the quinceanera. The fee is paid at the parish office, which is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Call Alicia Ramirez, administrator, at 360-691-2636 if you have any questions. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    26 de abril, 31 de mayo, 28 de junio, 26 de julio, 30 de agosto, 27 de septiembre<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    La quincea\u00f1era es un momento de acci\u00f3n de gracias por la fe, la vida, la familia y la comunidad. Las siguientes son las pol\u00edticas y pautas para nuestro programa de quincea\u00f1eras de Holy Cross:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. La familia debe estar registrada y vivir en la parroquia por un per\u00edodo de 1 a\u00f1o antes de la fecha de la celebraci\u00f3n de la quincea\u00f1era.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. La familia debe asistir a misa semanalmente y donar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. La homenajeada debe haber sido bautizada en la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica Romana y debe haber recibido la Primera Comuni\u00f3n y la Confirmaci\u00f3n antes de la fecha de la ceremonia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. La homenajeada debe ser Confirmada en la Santa Cruz antes de la ceremonia.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. La ceremonia de los Quince A\u00f1os no es un sacramento de la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica. Se debe hacer todo lo posible para distinguir este evento como un sacramento, como la oraci\u00f3n diaria y las bendiciones especiales. Si el blanco es el color que se usa para los sacramentos del Bautismo, la Eucarist\u00eda y el Matrimonio, la homenajeada de los Quince A\u00f1os no puede usar un vestido completamente blanco ni un vestido beige claro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. \u00a1La procesi\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 a la homenajeada, sus padres y nadie m\u00e1s! La homenajeada entrar\u00e1 con sus padres y nadie m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Las Quincea\u00f1eras se celebran normalmente los s\u00e1bados al mediod\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Se anima al homenajeado, a la familia y a todos los dem\u00e1s participantes a celebrar el Sacramento de la Reconciliaci\u00f3n (confesi\u00f3n) antes del d\u00eda de la ceremonia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. La m\u00fasica la proporciona la parroquia. \u00a1No se permiten grupos musicales externos! La tarifa para el cantante\/m\u00fasico es de $350.00 y se debe pagar una semana antes del servicio. El director musical es Antonio Carrillo. Comun\u00edquese con \u00e9l al 425-319-4622 para coordinar el pago.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. La tarifa para la iglesia es de $500.00 y se paga a la Parroquia de la Santa Cruz al momento de la inscripci\u00f3n para la quincea\u00f1era. La tarifa se paga en la oficina parroquial, que est\u00e1 abierta de lunes a jueves, de 9:00 a. m. a 4:00 p. m.
